Changing & Saving Teen Liives Together

Milwaukee residents have collectively decided to come together to help prevent violence, and create tangible incentives in Milwaukee to help teens make healthier choices in their lives.

Dec. 22, 2009 - PRLog -- Just finalized, Y.E.S. With Self Empowerment, Inc. (Youth Entering Society) founded by Mrs. Shontina Gladney, her husband Mr. Duane Gladney and their teen daughters Darshenava and Sharell Magee.   C.H.I.L.L. (Creating Hope I Love Life) which is founded and operated Mr. Dante Chestnut Sr., Mrs. Shannon Chestnut and (VP) Mr. Dunstan Forsythe of the Forsythe Center for Martial Arts (West Allis) have collectively decided to come together to help prevent violence, and create tangible incentives in Milwaukee to help teens make healthier choices in their lives.

Together these two organizations are very adamant about giving back to the community and assisting teens and other local residents have a new outlook on life.   Y.E.S. is a non-traditional mentoring circle for pre-teens and teens of all nationalities and cultures.  The C.H.I.L.L. Program (Creatiing Hope I Love Life) non-profit 501c3 foundation which is a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural national foundation which helps provide new and fun opportunities for teens to learn how to take better care of themselves, self discipline, how to make an honest living without selling drugs, and encourage them to further their education.

Y.E.S. & C.H.I.L.L. will host various events throughout the community to help keep teens out of trouble, by providing a variety of life changing experiences for teens such as: out of town travel and visits to other countries to witness new exciting cultures and an opportunity to meet some very interesting people, from community leaders, celebrities, professional athletes, recording artists, philanthropists, liberal and martial art experts, authors, and instructors, as an incentive to help keep teens focused and on the right track.

About Chill: The CHILL Program is an all inclusive foundation providing funds, support, guidance, and education. Our mission is to host various sports and liberal arts events and courses to give youth and young adults a creative outlet in the community. We will hold various events to raise funds that will be used to implement different violence prevention, sports and liberal arts iniatives throughout the community, as well as to aid in research to find cures for diseases such as AIDS, cancer and heart disease
