“BIJLI” 1 and 2-seat modular car bikes have fully functional pedals and electric drives, and therefore street legal, requiring no driving license, according to Federal Regulations.
“BIJLI” pedal-electric car bikes have front & rear suspension, disk brake, parking brake, horn, rear view mirrors, ergonomic seat & 20-inch alloy wheels with wide street tires and oven coated epoxy paint. Maximum speed is up to 20 miles an hour, with a drive range between 15-20 miles per charge (without using pedals), variable to model type. Modular frame is upgradeable with electric or gas components.
