Now leading furniture manufacturer BRAND ROCKA is asking them to do just that in their global search for talented furniture designers.

This is the first time a professional furniture manufacturer has created a direct line between amateur furniture designers and the heart of "the biz."

"We are the first in the world to [directly help] unknown [furniture] designers get their designs on the market," says CEO Matthew Alleyne. "We support designers, give people a unique opportunity for recognition of their work, and an upfront fee and financial rewards for items sold globally."

Interested designers have the opportunity to pay a one-time fee of $100 and receive a direct pass to BRAND ROCKA's back office design center, where they can submit as many designs as they choose. These designs are then reviewed and voted on by BRAND ROCKA's growing International Advisory Board.

"If their design is approved we pay them an upfront fee for design rights plus a percentage royalty fee for each unit produced by our factory and sold to wholesalers," says Alleyne. "We also send out an international press release... and they will have their photo, name and recognition on a promotion label on the product when in store, plus promoted on the BRAND ROCKA Wall of Fame."
