Cloisters POA is a 143 unit patio home located on Woodlake Boulevard, near Lake Worth Road and Jog Road in Greenacres, Florida. Amenities include beautiful lakes, a large community clubhouse with swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle board court.
Associated Property Management will provide a property manager for 2 site visits a week. In addition, APM will provide the following services to the association as part of their Management Agreement; provide all administration services, make all association deposits of maintenance assessments and other income through their free Lock Box System, pay all association invoices, produce monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement and general ledger detail. In addition, APM will also provide any reports as needed, annual budgets, annual meeting and Board of Director support and administrative services. APM operates their accounting and administration system with 212 Software (formerly TOPS).
