Maidenhead -  Synverse, an innovative software services company, has launched a groundbreaking multiservice portal that automates the service ordering and provisioning from resellers through direct built-in connections to a wide range of wholesale telco service providers. The Customer Acquisition Portal (CAP) solution accelerates order capture, eliminates manual errors and improves customer satisfaction.  The solution is provided as a Managed Service on an advanced hosting platform.

Anuj Sachdeva, Director said that “Until recently communication providers and resellers had to enter customer orders into several  IT systems each dedicated to single provisioning task such as WLR3 and LLU for instance. The new multi-service portal simplifies the process by automating it and enables the resellers to place orders for fixed, broadband and mobile services on the same web driven screen. We are rapidly expanding the number of wholesale feeds and billing systems that we support to provide the widest possible choice of services to the reseller channels. Normally we can activate the multi-service portal in less than 4 weeks and integrate with any new product/service in less than a month from concept to launch”.

The Synverse CAP portal has been developed in close cooperation with a leading telecoms reseller and an online demonstration is available.
