A woman suffering from serious ill health has decided to sell her property in Spain for half price. Her collapse in health has unfortunately coincided with the collapse of the Spanish property market. Uniquely she hopes to sell her property by reducing the price on a daily basis for 45 days.
The Spanish property market imploded some two years ago at the same time as Mrs. H.T. became seriously ill. Despite, efforts from local real estate agents to find a buyer, the property remains unsold. The owner has now taken matters into her own hands. The property is being offered at €265,000 from 20th December for 45 days with the price reducing by €1,000 each day at midday local time. (GMT -1).
