Have you ever been in a crowded room and then all of a sudden like a breath of fresh air some one walks in, and for some unkown reason people are drawn to that person like a magnet to a fridge?
That person has a charisma that attracts people to him/ her Its because that person has a confidence thats found in alpha type people. There are 3 types of people in society Alpha, Beta and followers.
you see it all comes down to human psychology, by nature people thrive and live in a social community, they like to follow a leader until they gain enough experience and confidence to challenge for ledership or start their own group.
Think of a celebrity and his/her entourage, the people in this group gain social status, through their association with him, making them more attractive to others, they become cooler and more appealling to others outside the group.
There are 2 points I want to recognise here:
1 People have a subconscious attraction to others who convey leadership qualities and have a high level of personal value.
2. If you want to make it big in networking or anything in life for that matter, you must learn to convey those qualities and eventually a leader with value to offer others.
