Network Help will be looking for 5 Clients in the new year. We work on a very limited client list so we can provide the best service possible.
We are a new startup, we currently have 5 clients who are very happy with the service they receive, we are now ready to expand. We will also be looking at hiring a engineer to manage and control our new clients.
We will dedicate that engineer to you, and your company, all problems will be documented with instructions on how it was resolved and details of what to do.
We want to teach you how to manage your IT and resolve your problems, so in the long run you will not really need us.
Lets face it, the best support is the kind that you don't need. Would you keep your car if it broke down every 5 minutes, even if it was fixed each time with in 30 minutes? No, you would get a new car.
Would you keep your AA membership if everytime you needed them all they offered was to tow you away? Or would you get a service that would fix, or try to fix your problems?
