Dec. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- On weekend of Jan 16th-17th, community acupuncture clinics all across the country are offering free acupuncture treatments.  These participating clinics are offering free acupuncture on Saturday January 16th : Jade Community Acupuncture Clinic located at 103 E 3rd St in Winona, MN; Mongeau Acupuncture LLC located 2150 3rd Ave N Suite 350 in Anoka, MN; McBride Healing Community Acupuncture Clinic located in 464 Second St., Suite 200 in Excelsior, MN; Southpoint Community Acupuncture located in 3745 Bloomington Ave in Minneapolis,MN; Rob Lowry at 8609 Lyndale Ave S Suite 105F in Bloomington, MN; Michael Costa in Los Angeles, CA; Community Acupuncture of Towson at 31 Allegheny Avenue, Suite 301 in Towson,MD; and Communi-Chi in 2524 16th Ave S #301 in Seattle, WA. Then the following clinics will be treating people for free on Sunday January 17th : People’s Acupuncture at 4205 31st Ave in Minneapolis, MN and Northeast Community Acupuncture 1224 2nd St NE Suite 200 in Minneapolis, MN.

Community acupuncture clinics are social businesses dedicated to affordable healthcare. They provide acupuncture treatment on a sliding scale of $15-$40.  They are part of a nationwide community acupuncture movement.
