Pizza Hut leases restaurant space in Garland, Texas at Regency Centers' Shiloh Springs

Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in Garland, Texas at Shiloh Springs to Pizza Hut.  Offering delivery and carryout of pizza, pasta and chicken wings, Pizza Hut has leased 1,120 square feet of restaurant space and is slated to open for business in first quarter 2010. Shiloh Springs is located at Shiloh Road and Campbell Road in Garland, Texas.
