Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops opens first store in Oregon at Regency Centers' Walker Center

Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in Beaverton, OR at Walker Center to Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shops.  Specializing in gourmet sandwiches created with fresh ingredients, Jimmy John’s has leased 1,947 square feet of restaurant space for their first location in Oregon.  The store is slated to open for business in spring 2010.  Walker Center is located at SW Cedar Hills Boulevard and SW Walker Road in Beaverton, Oregon.
