Bo Kauffmann of Re/Max Performance Realty in Winnipeg was one of the first real estate agents to offer Free Virtual Tours to any homeseller who listed his/her house or condo. "Virtual Tours had been around for a couple of years, but had been reserved for mostly the high-end listings", Bo states. "About 2 years ago I purchased my own equipment and was now able to offer this excellent tool to ANY home-seller who listed their home with me."
And today, Bo Kauffmann is announcing another 'first'. "I read an article by a REALTOR® in the U.S. She wrote: 'Some of the worst photos in the world can be found on the MLS®'. And looking around, I could see her point, and it was not just the U.S. markets, but here in Winnipeg as well."
Bo decided that something should be done, and invested in new photographic equipment which allowed him to produce high dynamic range photographs for his clients.
Since 87% of buyers start their search on the internet, Bo feels it is very important to showcase his clients homes in the best possible way.
"When buyers see only 1 or 2 photos, or see bad photos, of a listing, they are turned off and may decide that your home is not worth looking at. Don't take a chance with that.
