Virsani Hand Sanitizer
Toronto, ON – Canada’s only Health Canada approved aerosolized hand sanitizer, VirsaniTM, has recently launched nationally with the Rexall Family of Pharmacies, and will be available in Macs convenient stores, 7-Eleven and select Pharmasave and International News locations by the end of December, 2009 – over 1,700 locations in Canada.
This news follows announcements made by the Public Health Agency of Canada that recommends the use of alcohol based sanitizers to prevent the spread of the H1N1 flu virus. Virsani’s proprietary formula has been designed to maximize the anti-microbial effectiveness of ethanol and has been shown to effectively kill the H1N1 virus, addressing Canadian H1N1 concerns. VirsaniTM also addresses a Canadian trend towards safer, more natural products by using naturally sourced ethanol instead of synthetically derived sources common in other popular sanitizers.
