By: Graham Waller Chefs Graham Waller and Eric “Abe” Lansdale, owners of Winchells Restaurant in the beautiful horse country of Lexington, Kentucky, will be hosting a special dinner for Dr. Gregory Waller. Graham and Eric are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, the premier culinary school in America. Gregory Waller is a Professor at Indiana University and Graham’s father. To commemorate Gregory’s 60th birthday, the Chefs are preparing a special feast: 60 courses, prepared by them and an additional Pastry Chef, for a select group of eight family and friends. Graham and Abe are excited in the challenge involved in delivering top quality fare in such a unique fashion. The Chefs are keeping the entirety of the menu a surprise, but certainly a variety of amuse bouche, meats, fish, seafood, vegetables, soups, cheese, desserts, and wines will be among the offerings. Miniature and creative courses are expected in this one-of-a kind tasting dinner. Graham Waller and Eric Lansdale are both photogenic and well-spoken and are available for interviews on the upcoming event.
