PAW’s newly-enhanced SpotLight GPS Pet Locator map will now include a comprehensive list of WebVet’s more than 30,000 veterinarians as Points of Interest on the map. There will be numerous links between websites giving pet owners direct access to WebVet’s veterinary-approved online pet protection and safety information, and details about the SpotLight GPS Pet Locator service.

SpotLight GPS Pet Locator is a pet protection system combining GPS tracking technology and a dedicated 24/7 recovery service through the American Kennel Club Companion Animal Recovery. Fitting securely on the dog's collar, SpotLight is compact and durable and "senses" when the dog leaves the configurable boundary. Upon escape, SpotLight alerts the owner via text message, email or both. The owner then receives the dog's real-time location and turn-by-turn directions to the dog.
