Antellus Publishes a New Book On Tax Reform

Antellus, an independent publisher of genre fiction and nonfiction books on related subjects, has published "The Ten Percent Solution", a nonfiction book on tax reform by author Theresa M. Moore.

"The Ten Percent Solution: Simplifying The Tax Code in The New Economy" is a 92 page treatise on the history and background of taxation and the Internal Revenue Tax Code, efforts to reform and simplify the code, as well as alternative solutions debated by tax professionals, politicians and economists. It includes a modest proposal by author Theresa M. Moore for a radical new approach to simplify the entire tax system from the local level up, with examples to illustrate the results and the impact on the flow of tax to the federal level. The book was writtten in response to President Barack Obama's call for suggestions to restructure the code in order to better regulate business tax liability as it pertains to the economic downturn, and mitigate corporate tax planning in order to evade or avoid the tax obligation. Included is a simplified form of an IRS pamphlet in plain English.
