By: MedNet Technologies The LISTnet Twenty Top Techies award is an annual distinction that honors twenty of the top IT technology professional working on Long Island, including software developers and programmers, network engineers, information architects and analysts, and any other technology professionals in the IT field. LISTnet, an organization devoted to promoting and encouraging technological excellence within the Long Island community, selects recipients based on nominations submitted by a supervisor or co-worker in the candidate’s company. “It’s an honor to be selected as one of Long Island’s Twenty Top Techies,” Michael said. “Being recognized for my efforts and hard work is very rewarding, and I thank MedNet for nominating me.” Michael joined MedNet Technologies in December of 2005. He has an extensive background with technology, including five years of service in the United States Navy as an avionics technician, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. Michael's role is as MedNet's Systems Support Engineer, where he is responsible for system infrastructure and web-server support roles.
