Tanla Mobile Private Limited (TMPL), subsidiary of Tanla Solutions Limited (Tanla) commences its operations from a dedicated center for mobile applications & products, from DLF Cyber City in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Hyderabad.
This new centre is to build and develop expertise in mobile application development domains including: Symbian, Apple iPhone, MIDP Java, and Microsoft Windows based mobile application solutions. Tanla will develop innovative mobile applications, products and services for mobile handset manufacturers and independent software vendors (ISVs) with a focus on business applications, media and entertainment.
As announced earlier, Tanla has signed a 5-year frame agreement with Nokia, the largest handset manufacturer, for provision of services relating to License Management, Mobile Payments and associated professional services and testing. These services to Nokia and future clients including mobile handset manufacturers and ISVs will be provided from this centre.
This delivery centre, which also provides mobile payment services across 160 countries, has connectivity with multiple payment gateways and mobile operator billing platforms all over the world. Considering the critical nature of the products and services provided to TMPL customers, this centre has security and redundancy built into all facilities including protection from seismic activity etc. The centre and its processes are compliant with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 guidelines.
The facility at the DLF Cyber City provides a safe & secure environment for Disaster Management in the conduct of operations. Additionally, it has amenities such as shopping malls, spacious food courts, fine dining restaurants, health clubs, advisory services, and Gymnasium, ATMs and business centers for the convenience of the workforce to make work more enjoyable.
