The first Russian overseas property Awards have launched
Homes Overseas Russian Awards is the first Russian award for the achievements in the field of overseas property established by the publishing house Independent Media Sanoma Magazines. It is destined to give a new impulse to the development of the overseas property industry, create an efficient platform for experts’ communication, and provide broad marketing opportunities to all its participants.
In the course of the Award the current overseas property projects will be assessed. The best among them will be awarded with the Gold, Silver or Bronze prize of Homes Overseas Russian Awards.
Applications for the participation will be accepted from 23 November till 1 February; by 1 March the Jury will select the most commendable projects which will receive the status of Nominees. Among them the prizes of the Award will be distributed in accordance with the Jury’s subsequent decision.
The announcement of the Award results and the distribution of prizes will take place at the Ceremonial Dinner on 8 April 2010 in the Marriott Grand Hotel where for the first time in the history of the Russian market of overseas property the corps d’elite of the industry – heads and top managers of leading companies – will gather together in one hall. The audience of 200 to 250 people is expected.
The technology of the award conduct and project assessment is provided by the British partner, the company Globespan Media, which has been organizing Homes Overseas UK Awards since 2004. The jury of the award will be composed of the members of the Expert Board of the Homes Overseas magazine which is comprised of recognized authorities in the field of overseas property, as well as sponsors’ representatives.
