The 29-year-old property still in mint condition is always looking to explore ways to excel in the field of hospitality and what other better way to accomplish that than to open a school of hospitality.
On Wednesday, November 11, Hyatt Regency Dubai and Galleria launched its very own School of Hospitality.
The launch, which was held within the manicured lawns of the hotel’s Golf park, was attended by various personalities from the company’s management including Mr. Nirbhik Goel, Director of Human Resources for South West Asia Division, Mr. Jan Peter Van Der Ree, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Dubai, Mr. John Beveridge, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Dubai, Human Resources Directors and personnel from the three properties in Dubai, and the staff from Hyatt Regency Dubai.
The colorful ceremony was marked by extremely well coordinated special effects as the hotel unveiled the School’s logo and prospectus.
This was a dream come true for the many who were recognized that day, especially the creation team who worked diligently to come up with the material for the School and employees who loyally served the hotel for numerous years.
The School will provide standardized courses that are tailored to meet employee-training needs and provide rapid performance acceleration. This will also ensure consistency, innovation and customer focus, whose main aim is providing authentic hospitality to all our customers.
