Cooking for Bachelors TV, the online cooking show centered around the “bachelor” lifestyle, will be releasing new webisodes weekly featuring guest appearances and live performances by local Brooklyn musicians Will Scott, Hilary Hawke, and Steve Himmelstein.

In this continuing season, Jyl Ferris will also take her viewers into farmer’s markets and food destinations as well as introduce new contributors to the network in anticipation of a new small business marketplace co-op that Ferris will be presiding over within the month of November. Cooking for Bachelors TV is also seeking sponsorship with local and national
businesses for product placement in future episodes.

Jyl Ferris, the show’s founder and host, designed the episodes around each musician’s life. Steve Himmelstein’s time in Brazil spurred the making of moqueca, a popular yet simple
Brazilian dish. The Cocktail and Hors D’Oeurves episode features the sounds of Will Scott, a musician Jyl met while playing at his regular weekly gig in Dumbo called “Whisky
Wednesdays”. This season also features Erica from the Brooklyn Brew Shop and Anita Cookie, a local burlesque dancer, who cooked up her own version of sweet and spicy sauce in the
Football Sunday episode.
