Honolulu, Hawaii...
A small article ran in The Honolulu Advertiser, Island Life section on Friday, December 11. It was about a Hawaii resident who invented a product called the Fun Key Finder that offered help to people who struggle with finding keys in their handbags. The headline read: “The search is over: Finder means no more missing keys”. So you’re thinking…..that’
The response to this article took me by surprise as well as the retail shops who carried the FunKey Finder. Lesli, the buyer at Cinnamon Girl said people were pouring into their stores asking for the product after reading the article. She said we’re all sold out of our current stock and would like more NOW ! (at 6:30pm). Similar requests came in from LeMuse and Body and Nails by Jennifer.
Perhaps it was the suggestion of being a “unique and practical gift for friends and family”. Or the affordable price of $15 that caught people’s attention. I think it is a combination of both and a solution people have been searching for. A happy customer recently wrote “These fun key finders are a wonderful replacement to a loooong ugly cord”.
The Fun Key Finder began as the brainchild of Linda Nagamine, Founder and CEO of its parent company – EZ Living Connection LLC based in Honolulu, Hawaii. After seeing her friends fumble and dig through their handbags for keys and having the same issues herself, Nagamine decided to create a product to answer the question: WHERE ARE MY KEYS ??? www.FunKeyFinder.com
