AZTEC AWARDS, A San Diego-based provider of recognition awards & identification products, today announced that they have been selected as "A Favorite Place on Google" by Google.com and Google Maps.
Google has selected 100,000 businesses as "Favorite Places on Google", across 9,000 cities in the United States. These businesses have been the most sought out and researched on Google.com and Google Maps. Stickers bearing Google's logo and a QR code have been distributed to 100,000 of the most popular businesses in Google's Business Center database, and starting this week consumers will be able to use code-scanning applications on smartphones to look up the Google listing for these businesses.
