Burstable DS3 Manages Costs While Meeting Needs

Dec. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- More often than not i have people asking me how much bandwidth I would recommend for their networks.  

If i told you that i have a connection which can meet your needs now and in the future that would be the ideal solution.  There is no reason a small business should be getting tied in a 3 year contract for 4xT1 when they can get a 10Mbps burstable DS3 that can meet their needs until they need more than 45Mbps.

For the bursting segment, 95th percentie billing is industry standard, and yet its become telecoms best kept secret because it is very competitive in comparison to committed bandwidth charges.

I have always been a fan of thinking outside of the box, thus far the idea of monitoring a burstable conneciton is a great solution i do not see enough people taking advantage of.
