The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan (www.cfsem.org)
promoted Theresa Fraley to communications director.
Fraley joined the Community Foundation in 2007 as special assistant to the president. In addition to her new position as communications director she will continue to serve as special assistant to the president.
In her role as communications director, Fraley will be responsible for enhancing the Foundation’s visibility and image among key stakeholders - furthering public awareness and understanding of the Foundation. Under Fraley’s direction, the Foundation will launch projects and programs that convey the Foundation’s strategic goals for community education and information, fostering regional relationships and community leadership.
Prior to joining the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, Fraley was principal of a strategic management and fundraising-
consulting firm that served nonprofit and political clients at the state and national level. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
