Featuring beers considered, The Best of Belgium (Hoegaarden, Leffe, and Stella Atrois). The evening will feature a special presentation on the nine step pouring process called “the Belgian pouring ritual” and a uniquely crafted four course meal prepared by Chef Mark Robertson. Each course will be specially paired with a featured beer. Suzanne Ballard and Jose Ruiz from InBev will be the special guest speakers for the night giving an in-depth explanation on how the beers are brewed and taking guests through the Belgian pouring ritual.
