Team Jenisch Enterprises has joined the Advance Realty family. The Jenisch family has been in the housing industry for almost forty years with real estate, insurance, and construction services. Originally started in May 1970 in Addison by Jenisch’s father and mother, it is Team Jenisch’s dream to continue the successes of the family business. Richard Kuhn, who has been named broker/manager said; “By re-establishing retail real estate services with Advance we now provide full-service real estate services at a savings to our clients.” Kuhn has managed real estate operations for the last five years and in 2006 and 2007 led the fastest growing real estate office in the Bloomingdale area.
Advance Realty Team Jenisch Properties is a dedicated team of agents with a goal of recruiting active agents to serve their growing client base. Team Jenisch will be combining all of its operations into one location and is expected to have a grand re-opening of Advance Realty Team Jenisch Properties and R. A. Jenisch Insurance in the spring of 2010.
