Can't backup DVD "CARRIERS" and "Lost, seanson 5" etc?

If you still failed, maybe your DVD isn't the same edition as the one we knew, Don't worry, just send us all the .bup files of the original DVD. You may insert the troubled DVD to your DVD drive, click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" and save it. Finally, enclose the exported files in the email. Then we'll give you a solution within one business day.
