Avoid the sun. As much as possible, you have to avoid the direct heat of the sun. It causes to burn down skin cells and could result to drying, cracked and unhealthy skin. We have to stay away or just limit ourselves in worshipping the sun. Being too much exposed with the heat of the sun could really cause skin cancer. It could also cause skin pigmentation as well as wrinkling of the skin.

You have to moisturize everyday. You always have to keep a lotion or a cream on your skin, it is important to have something to fight back the drying of the skin because of the unwanted climate changes. Well you just wanted to make sure, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Cool it off and stay in a cool place. Hot environments heated by wood stoves or forced air heating systems dry out the skin. Avoid alcohol-based products. Most people like to cleanse their faces with alcohol wipes or astringents. They leave the skin feeling clean but dry.

Always wear sunscreen when going out, its being rated by their sun protection factor, it would be best to use a higher SPF sunscreen for greater sun protection. If you can't do so, cover up and avoid the sun between 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon. So observe these tips for you on how to keep your skin young.
