USDA Prime Dry Aged New York Strip Steaks, bone in); The Times Square (two 8 oz. Filet Mignons and two 22 oz. USDA Prime Dry Aged Porterhouse Steaks); The West Side (two 14 oz. USDA Prime Dry Aged New York Strip Steaks Bone in, and two 22 oz. Prime Dry Aged Porterhouse Steaks); and The East Side (one 8 oz. filet mignon, two 14 oz. USDA Prime Dry Aged New York Strip Steaks Bone in, and one 22 oz. USDA Prime Dry Aged Porterhouse Steak). Prices range from $39 to $139, plus shipping and handling. THE HOLIDAY TABLE
 

Making it easy: holiday buffet

Filet mignon roast or any other roast can be served at your carving station with sour cream/horseradish and mustard dressings, and a variety of rolls or breads; making this in advance gives you plenty of time with your guests
Smoked salmon is another nice food element for your buffet
Mini pizzas or focaccia with tomato slices and basil leaves provide holiday color to the table with delectable food items
