1) Which districts does Lemon Exchange deliver to?
We provide free food delivery service to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Islands orders are negotiable.
2) What is the minimum order for free food delivery service?
HK$60 for Central, Sheung Wan and Admiralty. Islands customers may pick up the food at Central Pier.
HK$100 for Hong Kong Island within MTR Island line, Mid-levels, Sai Wan and Kennedy Town.
HK$250 at any MTR station (paid area) of Tsuen Wan line, Kwun Tong line, Tseung Kwan O line, Tung Chung line.
HK$500 for other districts on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
3) How many days in advance should the order be placed?
Food delivery to Kowloon and the New Territories should be ordered 2 days in advance; and 1 day ahead for Hong Kong Island.
4) What payment methods are available?
We accept Paypal (credit card), Octopus and cash.
5) How is the party food packed?
Customers may specify their packing preference when ordering: either individual packing or group packing. We will provide extra containers and utensils in both cases.
