Adam Lambert finished as a runner up on American Idol but has still be a big success but was this thanks to some plastic surgery.
His features are very sharp and he still looks very young which could be the result of having some facial surgery such as eye surgery or nose surgery but could be down to using good make-up.
He has a good figure so won’t need a tummy tuck, liposuction or gastric band. What do you think?
