Wilmington, Delaware – Harold B. Pritchett took a break from his shooting schedule Sunday to appear on Spiritual Revival Hour hosted by Benjamin “Twin B.” Brown. Brown has started a community movement to bring Public, Educational, & Government (PEG) television channels to Wilmington. Pritchett is a film director that is producing a film around the city of Wilmington about two homeless children. They both want to educate the public on the benefits of PEG and have started to bring the current franchise agreement into the debate. The local cable service, which is provided by Comcast, does not provide or support any Public Access or Educational channels in Wilmington.
