CHULA VISTA – Dianna Woodley, founder of Angel Harps, has been awarded a listing in the Cambridge Who’s Who.

Founded in 2003, Angel Harps is a 501.C3 non-profit organization whose proceeds go to provide healing harps for children with disabilities.
Started on a shoe-string, and catalyzed by Woodley’s own personal healing journey, today Angel harps has changed the lives of hundreds of children with disabilities by providing them with harps to assist in their healing process.
The Angel Harps mission is to provide physically and emotionally challenged individuals with the opportunity to heal through harp therapy--and to promote the health and strength of a community by addressing the physical and emotional needs of the less fortunate in low income areas.
In 2005, Woodley's Angel Harps organization donated their first harp to a child with Down's syndrome. Today, Angel Harps continues to donate harps to schools and to those people who can provide special needs children with access to harp music therapy.

As Angel Harps has grown, so has the vision. Now Woodley looks forward to the day when she is able to give specially designed harps to each special education department in San Diego County.
Once that goal is achieved, she wants to expand her effort state by state so she can award the unique lap harps throughout the nation.
