Testek Inc is no stranger to acquiring companies. In the past Testek has acquired the manufacturing rights of George L. Nankervis Co, American Avitron, Cox Instruments, & Hamilton Sundstrand for the TS1650. Continuing that strategy, Testek Inc is pleased to announce that it has acquired the manufacturing rights and propriety data of AAI Mississippi formerly known as AAI ACL Technologies.
When AAI had announced its intentions to close down AAI Mississippi operations, many Test Equipment manufactures were interested in acquiring the company, but in the end AAI wanted a company they could trust, a company that had the technical know-how and experience, a company that was financially stable to supports its customers. AAI chose Testek Inc.
Testek management continues to explore new ways to strengthen and grow our business and to position ourselves to meet and overcome tomorrow's challenges and to continue to keep our team members busy and deliver value to all our customers.
