The ZYD Process is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and particulate matter. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers)
Application
Used for purifying the unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil etc. It can also be used for vacuum oiling and vacuum drying of the transformer. It can get rid of water, gas and impurity in oil efficiently. It can increase the flash point and pressure.
Principle and characteristics:
Under the vacuum appearance, the boiling point of the oil inside humidity goes up with the vacuum degree but descend; The vacuum degree is more high, the temperature is more high and evaporate the area more big, the humidity evaporates too more quick.
Workflow:
The oil is absorbed into heating system through the first-stage purifier by pressure ,the temperature of which goes up by heating ,and separated from gas in the degassing column .Then the gas and water are eliminated by vacuum pump .After that ,pump the oil into the second purifier to get rid of the impurities. In the end get the purified oil.
