I am the Security Manager for AMP Retail, Knox Shopping Center and Knox O-Zone, part of our area of concern is a licensed venue precinct that incorporates a variety of venues, including bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as a major shopping center.
We had been experiencing some behavioral issues around our venues and in the car parks so we engaged Detector Dogs Australia. Kris Kotsopoulos was able to provide prompt and professional service in organising the appropriate canine patrols, which suited our environment. Since the introduction of the dog handlers, we have received favorable comments from both tenants and patrons that believe the environment has become safer.
