3 GIRL JAZZ TRIO TO CHRISTMAS SERANADE

(Atlanta, December 11, 2009, 2009) Agape Love Gospel Jazz Trio will offer a Christmas serenade Saturday, December 19, 2009- 2:30 – 3:30 P.M. at A. G. Rhodes Home Wesley Center, 1819 Clifton Rd, Atlanta, GA, 30329 . AGAPE LOVE jazz members range in ages 11 to 16. Agape Love members currently perform in several orchestras across Metro-Atlanta. Nanci “Shug” Baker is a member of the North Springs Marching Band and former principle French Horn for Dekalb Youth Symphony Orchestra, Beatrice “The Queen” Baker is a member of the North Springs High School Jazz Band and Marching Band. Rae “The Rocker” Baker is the first chair cellist for Sandy Spring Middle School and formerly first chair with the Dekalb Performing Arts Elementary School.
Agape Love was featured in Atlanta’s Skirt Magazine as the Fabulous Baker Girls in July of 2007. At current they play over 15 various string, brass and woodwind instruments. Agape Love performs with Divine Favour Ministries at outreach events across Metro-Atlanta and the United States. Agape Love can also be seen Sundays at Anointed Word COGIC in Lithonia, GA. Agape Love has played in nursing homes in Gary, Indiana and at the A. G. Rhodes Nursing Home in Decatur, Ga. They have also been featured on various TV and online radio shows across the world.
