Lancaster, PA: Body & Soul Fitness Studio and the Clubs for the Cure Team are excited to launch the 12 Days of Fitness Program to find a cure for ALS this holiday season. During December, Body & Soul Fitness Studio and other clubs across the country will open their doors to members of the community by inviting them to experience 12 consecutive days of fitness for a donation of $20 to ALS.
“This is a great way to encourage more people to be more active while helping raise money for a great cause,” said Body & Soul owner, Mickey Glick. “I’m excited to be a part of this worldwide initiative that allows people to experience the many benefits of a health club.”
Female members of the community are invited to come to Body & Soul Fitness Studio in December to participate in the 12 Days of Fitness Program. Men can join in through Body & Soul’s No Pink Dumbbell Bootcamp. This holiday season give yourself the gift of health and wellness by experiencing all the benefits of Body & Soul Fitness for 12 consecutive days and help find a cure for ALS with your $20 donation. Stop by the front desk at 618 Columbia Avenue in Lancaster to make your donation and receive your complimentary 12 day guest pass.
