Forming W Capital are Todd D. Wilson, Kurt K. Wickham and Joel S. Weinstein, all investment banking veterans with more than 35 combined years of advisory experience. All previously worked together at RA Capital Advisors, a leading Southern California private investment banking firm. The team also brings valuable experience from prior years at bulge bracket and boutique investment banking firms Credit Suisse, Thomas Weisel Partners and Cowen and Company.
