Laser Shot Incorporated is proud to announce the installation of the “first of a kind” Legacy Range Modernization at Range 37M, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. This installation created an immersive virtual targetry shoot house for multi-room, multi-target live fire engagements through the use of Laser Shot’s exclusive CQB courseware LVS, and the advanced technology of the Thermal Shot™ Live Fire Virtual Targetry System. The installation included fourteen live fire target engagement areas throughout the shoot house that included custom hardware mounting and Laser Shot’s exclusive climate controlled shrouds to shield the electronic components of the installation from the outdoor elements. With the completion of this project, Range 37M is now ready with a highly realistic, coherent training facility to provide crucial CQB training to soldiers on a variety of skill levels.

This Legacy Range Modernization project marks the first official product rollout of Laser Shot's new CQB focused Real Combat™ Mixed Reality Immersive Training Systems based on the realistic CQB training courseware Laser Shot Virtual Shoot House (LVS). LVS courseware was created specifically for CQB training utilizing realistic life-size 3D character models to mimic human movements and reactions. The training courseware has full network capabilities, allowing the expansion of the training system to simulate virtually any size training environment or configuration. LVS is also able to integrate with other Real Combat™ technologies to enable a 4D immersive virtual world directly replicating a real life battle environment.
