On making the grade, a validation seal and authentication certificate is provided in both cases. The STARPRO service on the other hand, is an evaluation and rating service developed by the TÜV Rheinland to evaluate corporate sustainability and social performance, the objective being to rate an organization’
Companies and products certified by TÜV Rheinland will be featured on both the TÜV and the iPOTT sites. The TÜV Rheinland site will carry all information on the certified customer, also providing a customized 10-digit ID number, with the facility to use the ID print templates freely on marketing material related to the certified product or service. All users of iPOTT can obtain the Trust Seal that would be displayed on the site. The seal, renewable every year, is free to be used on marketing materials.
