People taking holidays to India next year may be tempted to search for cheap flights to Kerala and spend some time in the coastal state during their trip.
The guide book publisher described Kerala as "a welcome respite filled with tranquil moments and some of the country's best food".
According to Frommer's, the state's capital Cochin has become "the centre for Indian culinary tourism", with many travellers taking the opportunity to participate in a cookery course during their stay.
