Urban/R&B’s Trueful to release sophomore CD, ‘Taste of Class’

Dec. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- French Royalty Records to release the sophomore project of Urban/R&B singer/songwriter Trueful February, 2010 titled “Taste of Class.” The CD is co-produced by Apt 6 Productions (www.Apt6Entertainment.com) – twins Dwayne and Dwight Madison and James Robinson - and executive produced by Trueful and French Royalty Records. The music video to the single “Feeling You,” featuring Israeli model Gita, premiers at www.UrbanNetwork.com and is current available at iTunes, Amazon and Rhapsody.

Trueful started his career in entertainment as a competitor at the national Uplifting Minds II talent competition and he went on to win Best Male Vocalist of 2007 at the Las Vegas Music Awards. Signed to French Royalty Records in 2007 Trueful released his debut CD in 2008 titled “Truth Be Told.” That project garnered him qualification status for a 2008 Grammy Award nomination for Best New Artist. His debut CD stayed amid 13-25 positioning on the music charts for nine weeks.

A student at UCLA in music engineering, songwriting and business, Trueful’s “Taste of Class” single, “Feeling You,” has become a hot song at iTunes in Japan. When not in the studio, on tour or in class, Trueful enjoys volunteering his time as a motivational speaker and as entertainment at fundraisers and charitable events.

On December 12, 2009 Trueful will perform, along with label-mate comedian Peanut (Def Comedy Jam), at the Compton Christmas Parade (1500 Ludus Park, Compton, California). Later that day at the Crystal Park Casino and Hotel the city of Compton will present Trueful with an appreciation award for all of his support by performing at their events and activities. December 31, 2009 (New Years’ Eve) Trueful will perform at El Tiburon Night Club (1535 Florence Avenue, Los Angeles, CA) from 9:00 – 9:30 p.m.

French Royalty Records’ next project is a Neo-Soul group just signed, and still unnamed and its French Royalty Dancers (includes choreographer Jasmine “Jazzy” Hayes and D Valentine). The imprint has national distribution.
