Tutti Dynamics, the interactive music technology company, launched the Super Looper iPhone application, the first iPhone music application geared towards musicians to come out of New Orleans. The Super Looper enables users to select a portion of any song or recording in the iTunes library and loop it continuously. The Super Looper is available in the Apple App Store for $0.99.
Tutti Dynamics works with world-class musicians in New Orleans to produce sound recordings, feature films, and instructional software.
“The Super Looper was created based on a voiced need by our musicians for a simple technology to help them learn music more easily,” Said CEO Darren Hoffman of Tutti Dynamics. “That’s how the app was born, but really it can be used to transcribe lectures, presidential speeches, basically any recording from the iTunes library can be looped continuously for your enjoyment.”
The Super Looper was designed with ease of use, accuracy and efficiency for the user as top priorities. It was designed by musicians, for musicians, with the intent to better learn sections of music. The technology is also great for transcribing lectures, spoken interviews, or looping any audio recording from the iTunes library.
The Super Looper is able to find and designate precise "IN" and "OUT" loop points of a particular piece of audio. Other features of the Super Looper include:
• “Number Picker” feature allows users to pick an exact loop time down to the hundredths of a second
• Playback feature allows users to re-designate your loop on-the-fly, or as the audio is being played
• Toggle feature allows users to listen to portions of the audio that are not in the designated loop section, enabling users to re-set a loop by toggling back and forth between “song” and “selection”
