CB’s Nuts’ certified organic facility in Kingston, Washington, procures raw organic Valencia peanuts grown in New Mexico. The nuts are roasted to a golden brown in custom made barrel roasters, cooled, ground into peanut butter, and delivered fresh to Theo Chocolate’s Seattle chocolate factory. Reducing the time between roasting and use in the confections ensures that the peanut butter flavors are utilized at their peak.
