We also invest time to the bulk electrical purchases by talking to the manufacturer about each large order. We discuss the size of the order and the area it's shipping to and then ship it directly to the customer to save time and money on freight charges. We have developed a good relationship with many manufacturers so that we can get these large bulk wire orders.
We understand the difficulty of buying copper these days as well. Copper is a commodity traded daily on the stock market which makes it tough to price. Most copper manufacturers will change their prices daily up or down depending on the new copper price. We will not change our pricing once it gets into our door, however, we cannot control what the manufacturers do so if you need electrical wire that we don't have in stock the pricing is up the manufacturer at that point.
