Here is a highlight of some:
1. Payment Auto Dialer: Your software will call each and every customer to remind them, "It is payment time"! These courtesy or collections calls are in English and Spanish.
2. You can modify your BHPH loans for terms, rate, etc.
3. A modification agreement is available to keep you compliant with refinancing loans. Please read details.
4. When in collection screen, you may right click on a name on a list, then you would see a choice called "Take A Payment". If you choose it, the customer will load in BHPH screen.
You can process a payment and return to Collection screen or others screens as you wish.
5. There is a new column in Collection Screen “Age” so you know how old the account is while late (in months).
6. You have an option to print Declining or payoff balance on your monthly loan statements and receipts.
7. A new BHPH tab is added to Report section.
7. BHPH PostPone List is provided so you can audit any accounts in which a payment has been postponed.
8. BHPH Auto Dialer is enhanced so customer logs can help you with collections effort and small claims action when you need to prove customer calls. See Knowme!
