Beef Packers, Inc., has issued a recall of beef products sent to New Mexico and Arizona. Ground Beef sent to stores and New Mexico, totaling over 22,700 lbs., are believed to be contaminated with salmonella. Wow, if Cargill, Inc., didn't already have enough on their plate! A previous, summer recall of Beef by the organization is being questioned about whether a school lunch program should have been included. Beef Packer, Inc., is owned by Cargill. Cargill, Inc., is currently being sued for beef tainted with E. Coli.
Stephanie Smith, of Coldspring, Minnesota is suing Cargill Inc., for hamburger tainted with E. Coli.
