The Association of Colleges has awarded the supply contract to Microsoft Gold Partner Crimson Consultants to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The contract will deliver a solution to enable the Association of Colleges (AoC) to manage their members effectively, provide full integration with the existing AoC website and provide a comprehensive system to enable the AoC business to manage its professional services offerings including staff recruitment, legal advice, consultancy, and give AoC a complete picture of member engagements.
The Association of Colleges was established in 1996 with a view to represent and promote the interests of colleges and provide members with professional support services. The AoC aims to be the authoritative voice on colleges based on credible analysis, research, advocacy and consultation with colleges – and the first choice destination for guidance and advice for members.
On choosing Crimson, Ben Verinder, Communications Director at AoC said “We chose Crimson because they demonstrated an impressive track record at successfully delivering projects based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We felt that they understood our requirements and they provided us with some unique experiences from which our implementation will benefit. We particularly liked the personalised approach they took to the procurement and after we had received outstanding feedback from their customer references it proved to us we were making the right decision”.
The project will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 as the core system and a tailored version of the ‘Recruitment Module’, a Crimson-developed product specifically designed to manage recruitment agencies.
The initial rollout will be in January 2010 with a final rollout to the rest of the AoC business in August 2010.
